Guardian takes legitimate complaints and concerns very seriously. Should you have a genuine complaint please contact us in writing in the first instance. Your nearest office can be found at http://www.guardianwealthmanagement.com/contact/. Our Quality Procedures ensure your case will be investigated and responded to within 8 weeks of your letter; sooner if possible. Following an initial review of the comments I find a number of the points confusing. The EEA Life Fund has never been classified as a scam, as confirmed by numerous professionals in linked comments to this thread. It has also not collapsed and continues to trade with active NAV. If you are of the opinion that you have lost your life savings through an investment in the EEA Life Fund it is very important that you get in touch for the latest update which outlines the recent restructuring for the suspended fund and will likely give you some very welcome good news. If you feel that the fund was not suitable for your investment horizons or plans then you should contact us so that we can assist in resolving your situation. Although many of the comments seem somewhat spurious it is important that all complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Please write to us outlining the nature of your complaint, when the issues arose, where the policy commenced and by whom it was proposed. Please also include any relevant policy numbers and previous communications you have if possible. Unless your complaint is resolved within 1 business day you will receive regular updates from GWM as follows: - a written acknowledgement within 5 business days of GWM receiving your complaint; - within 4 weeks of GWM receiving your complaint, a final response or an explanation of why the complaint has not been resolved, together with an indication of when the firm will next contact you; and - within 8 weeks of GWM receiving your complaint, a final response or an explanation of why a response has been delayed and notification that you may refer your complaint to the relevant authority which will be discussed at that stage. Although rare, with over 7,000 satisfied clients, we do understand that mistakes can happen and Guardian will work hard to ensure that your issues are resolved to your satisfaction. Guardian Wealth Management - Scam!

Guardian Wealth Management is a so called wealth management company giving financial advice to expats around the world. The directors of the company are:

******

******

******

The head office address is actually ***** ******* home address. It is a farm where the staff also clean out horses stables and take dogs for a walk.

They are completely unregulated! Do not believe what you read on their website. Their regulations they state does not cover them for financial advice. its is a scam

The directors are fraudsters/***-artists. They all easily make £500,000 plus per annum tax-free

Guardian Wealth Management recruits sales people not qualified financial advisers. They have no respect for the profession and therefore no respect for actual professionals within the realm of FS.

They train there staff to cold call aggressively from lists that they steal from companies or *** out of individuals.

The way they contact clients is ethically unsound, and the advice they give is completely incorrect for 99% of people. They state that they are independent, however they are not. They only utilize a number of products for the aim to generate maximum commision only. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY! 100% GARANTEED

Their goal is to extract as much profit from each individual as possible. Their concern for sound professional advice is no existent.

This post is intended to shed light on the disgusting practices of Guardian Wealth Management, as a result I strongly urge potential clients to avoid dealing with them completely.

Guardian Wealth Management makes a fortune; dont let them fatten their mattresses with your savings!

Do not fall for their lies about regulations! they are not allowed to be advising on investments.

now you know this is all ***.If you use your brain and perform a cbr check on both of them i am pretty sure you will not find anything on them.

You need to grow up and get a life.

I trust GWM with my life I think you are just the person who does not have a life and sits behind a computer and looks for little things to get a buzz off.8)

I am so so so happy that someone else has spoken out! Guardian wealth management ripped me off also. I have lost nearly all my lifes savings

They forced me into putting 100% of my money in to the EEA Life Settlements Fund which has now collapsed!

I have later found out that I should have had a balanced portfolio! However the GREEDY SALES MAN forced me into the EEA Life Settlements Fund because HE GETS MORE commission!!!!

STAY AWAY!
