Guardian takes legitimate complaints and concerns very seriously. Should you have a genuine complaint please contact us in writing in the first instance. Your nearest office can be found at http://www.guardianwealthmanagement.com/contact/. Our Quality Procedures ensure your case will be investigated and responded to within 8 weeks of your letter; sooner if possible. Following an initial review of your comments I am struggling to find any tangible evidence of a genuine complaint and will require further information to investigate fully. As noted in further comments by legitimate UK investors, the EEA Life fund has never been classified as a scam fund and has never been investigated as such. I also note that you have posted under the name of Gavin Pluck, who coincidentally is also on GWM’s Board of Directors. Following a thorough search of our client database I am unable to find a client by that name either presently or in the past. I therefore find your comments somewhat confusing. However, it is important that all concerns are investigated fully and I kindly request that you contact us in writing outlining the nature of your complaint, when the issues arose, where the policy commenced and by whom it was proposed. Please also include any relevant policy numbers and previous communications you have if possible. Unless your complaint is resolved within 1 business day you will receive regular updates from GWM as follows: - a written acknowledgement within 5 business days of GWM receiving your complaint; - within 4 weeks of GWM receiving your complaint, a final response or an explanation of why the complaint has not been resolved, together with an indication of when the firm will next contact you; and - within 8 weeks of GWM receiving your complaint, a final response or an explanation of why a response has been delayed and notification that you may refer your complaint to the relevant authority which will be discussed at that stage. Although rare, with over 7,000 satisfied clients, we do understand that mistakes can happen and Guardian will work hard to ensure that your issues are resolved to your satisfaction. Do not be fooled by this company. Do not be fooled by their website that has UK FSA registered offices. The UK company is completely separate from the international operation.

What is even stranger is that their UK office as seen on their website here www.guardianwealthmanagement.com/contact/ is actually the address of the Institute of Directors in London.

If you Google "123 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5EA" you will see tens of different companies all using that same address.

Why? The reason is that this is simply a PO Box. Guardian Wealth Management DO NOT have an office in London, Guardian Wealth Management head office is ***** ******* CEO farm in DONCASTER!

Yes that's correct, this so called huge financial advisory firm's head office is based out of a farm in Doncaster UK.

This is the address:

Glebe Farm, Burghwallis, Burghwallis Road, Doncaster, DN6 9JJ

The above house is where ***** ******* lives. So as you can understand, the UK addresses and regulations have no bearing on the way they work internationally.

For example, the Qatar office regulations have now been put on the shoulders of an employee and ***** ******* l and the other directors have removed their name from the register. This is so that when it all comes crashing down, they can't be jailed!

They have now set up a Hong Kong office which is again completely unregulated. After being kicked out of Holland they have moved their team to Hong Kong to attempt to continue the scam there.

BE WARNED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Many of their clients have lost their entire life savings by investing in the dodgy funds that Guardian push on to clients.

The Appleton fund went bankrupt a few years ago losing millions of clients money, the EEA Life Settlement fund is now bust, causing every client on Guardian Wealth Management book to lose all their money. They push funds that give them the largest commission with no care if these funds are safe.

The EEA Life Settlement Fund is a terrible fund to use, it makes money when people DIE! The whole fund is designed to increase in value each time a person DIES! What does that tell you about ***** ******* morals!

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES.

If you are contacted, ask them to show you proof of their regulations. Contact the FSA here www.fsa.gov.uk/doing/contact

Guardian Wealth Management has hired Niraj Vyas as a front man to their operation. However this has little effect to the international business, so do not be fooled into thinking the hype that they are creating in the UK, gives you any protection, IT DOESN'T! You have no protection from these people!

***** ******* is a CONMAN

Reason of review: Not as described.

No, the funds you hold are with Zurich and not Guardian, however they may still be receiving funds on an annual basis. If you want some real advice contact me mike@finsburyint.com

This is not a personal attack, but a fair warning. After working for Guardian I can attest that employees are encouraged to lie, and to steal (how do you think they got your number).

If you feel that you found the only honest Consultant, then you found the best liar. Generali is a scam with outrageous fees and hidden cost structure.

The consultants get their fees upfront for the whole duration of the plan regardless of how it performs.Quite simply their job is to seperate YOU from your MONEY!

Is this really the case about not having money to pay salaries? Could you suggest a company that would be good to work for in an offshore advisory capacity?
