Guardian takes legitimate complaints and concerns very seriously. Should you have a genuine complaint please contact us in writing in the first instance. Your nearest office can be found at Our Quality Procedures ensure your case will be investigated and responded to within 8 weeks of your letter; sooner if possible. Following an initial review of your comments I am struggling to find any tangible evidence of a genuine complaint and will require further information to investigate fully. As noted in further comments by legitimate UK investors, the EEA Life fund has never been classified as a scam fund and has never been investigated as such. I also note that you have posted under the name of Gavin Pluck, who coincidentally is also on GWM’s Board of Directors. Following a thorough search of our client database I am unable to find a client by that name either presently or in the past. I therefore find your comments somewhat confusing. However, it is important that all concerns are investigated fully and I kindly request that you contact us in writing outlining the nature of your complaint, when the issues arose, where the policy commenced and by whom it was proposed. Please also include any relevant policy numbers and previous communications you have if possible. Unless your complaint is resolved within 1 business day you will receive regular updates from GWM as follows: - a written acknowledgement within 5 business days of GWM receiving your complaint; - within 4 weeks of GWM receiving your complaint, a final response or an explanation of why the complaint has not been resolved, together with an indication of when the firm will next contact you; and - within 8 weeks of GWM receiving your complaint, a final response or an explanation of why a response has been delayed and notification that you may refer your complaint to the relevant authority which will be discussed at that stage. Although rare, with over 7,000 satisfied clients, we do understand that mistakes can happen and Guardian will work hard to ensure that your issues are resolved to your satisfaction. Guardian Wealth Management has been selling the SCAM EEA Life Settlements Fund for many years. The directors have been pocketing millions in tax free cash that they keep offshore

Beware of this SCAM company. They are made up of tens of different companys to hide their scam operation. they put family members on the books to divert attention from themselves

Guardian Wealth Management Hong Kong office has been set up to target more expats.

Stay away and report them to the authorities as soon as they contact you.

The directors are all related and are as literally thick as thieves

Reason of review: Bad quality.

This is obviously complete rubbish. You can't even get the name of the entity in Hong Kong right, it's guardian life management. This post should be ignored.

I was conned by one of the sales people to hand over a significant portion of my savings. When my circumstances changed I got hit with HUGE penalties that the salesmen said did not exist.

BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are pure *** artists!!!

The chap that heads up the Dubai office used to work for De Vere a known rip off firm.If you look on linkedin you can see none of them have ever been more then salesmen and do not have any financial background.
