Guardian Wealth Management - Qatar Scam

Investors and expats beware. Guardian Wealth management that operate in Qatar are not licensed to give you full advice. Many of their consultants are giving advice that is not covered by the license that they hold. There is only one dedicated expat financial advisory company within Qatar to give expats the complete advice that they need. That company is Qatar Broker International - www.qbiconsultants.com Do not trust Guardian Wealth Management, contact the regulators immediately should they contact you. The regulators website is - http://www.qfcra.com Guardian's address in Qatar is: QFC Tower 1, 5th Floor West Bay Doha, Qatar Email: info@gwm-intl.com Tel: +974 4491 5355 Fax: +974 4491 5367

I was first introduced to Guardian Wealth Management when I began working in Abu Dhabi following a successful career in the UK. Having several underperforming pensions at home, Guardian provided excellent re-investment advice and proposals which I gladly accepted....

Guardian Wealth Management Scam

Guardian Wealth Management are a scam. No license in Europe and just a badly run license in Qatar. The writing is on the wall and the consultants are leaving. They lie to recruit. They lied in an attempt to get Government grants. Why do these offshore companies like Guardian Wealth Management just lie all the time. Guardian will soon be shut down in Europe. The regulator knows what's going on now. Guardian are being investigated in Qatar where they are breaking the law selling QROPS. Buy QROPS online not from scam companies. Watch all the consultants leave before the year end. The sinking ship will soon be empty... More news on Guardian Wealth Management scam will be posted shortly. Guardian Wealth Management will close by Christmas.

Guardian Wealth Management Belgium

The financial advisor was fairly pushy throughout but against my better judgement I signed up to a savings scheme from Luxembourg. After the first consultation, he looked into some savings options (or so he said) and said I was morally obliged to sign-up thanks to all his hard work. Anyway, I had a look at the account and it seemed fine so I went ahead with the process. He ticked all the security check boxes for me and said he'd deal with the paper work. After I handed over all my details, I heard nothing for weeks. I emailed him for an update - nothing. Then I got a letter from a company in Hungary - not sure why they were suddenly based there - merely stating 'Your application for the account has been rejected'. That was it. i contact Guardian Wealth Management to explain. The advisor didn't respond, so I contacted the office in Hong Kong. I eventually got a response saying they'd look into it but surprisingly, I received nothing. So basically, something went wrong and they cut off all contact. What a nice bunch... I'd really recommend against these arrogant, pushy and untrustworthy bunch.

Guardian Wealth Management Financial Planning Review from Zurich, Zurich

Do not be fooled by this company. Do not be fooled by their website that has UK FSA registered offices. The UK company is completely separate from the international operation. What is even stranger is that their UK office as seen on their website here www.guardianwealthmanagement.com/contact/ is actually the address of the Institute of Directors in London. If you Google "123 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5EA" you will see tens of different companies all using that same address. Why? The reason is that this is simply a PO Box. Guardian Wealth Management DO NOT have an office in London, Guardian Wealth Management head office is ***** ******* CEO farm in DONCASTER! Yes that's correct, this so called huge financial advisory firm's head office is based out of a farm in Doncaster UK. This is the address: Glebe Farm, Burghwallis, Burghwallis Road, Doncaster, DN6 9JJ The above house is where ***** ******* lives. So as you can understand, the UK addresses and regulations have no bearing on the way they work internationally. For example, the Qatar office regulations have now been put on the shoulders of an employee and ***** ******* l and the other directors have removed their name from the register. This is so that when it all comes crashing down, they can't be jailed! They have now set up a Hong Kong office which is again completely unregulated. After being kicked out of Holland they have moved their team to Hong Kong to attempt to continue the scam there. BE WARNED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Many of their clients have lost their entire life savings by investing in the dodgy funds that Guardian push on to clients. The Appleton fund went bankrupt a few years ago losing millions of clients money, the EEA Life Settlement fund is now bust, causing every client on Guardian Wealth Management book to lose all their money. They push funds that give them the largest commission with no care if these funds are safe. The EEA Life Settlement Fund is a terrible fund to use, it makes money when people DIE! The whole fund is designed to increase in value each time a person DIES! What does that tell you about ***** ******* morals! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES. If you are contacted, ask them to show you proof of their regulations. Contact the FSA here www.fsa.gov.uk/doing/contact Guardian Wealth Management has hired Niraj Vyas as a front man to their operation. However this has little effect to the international business, so do not be fooled into thinking the hype that they are creating in the UK, gives you any protection, IT DOESN'T! You have no protection from these people! ***** ******* is a CONMAN

Guardian Wealth Management in Kansas City, Missouri - Hong Kong SCAM and FRAUD

In 2009 I was sold the EEA Life Settlements Fund by Guardian Wealth Management in Hong Kong I was cold called a number of times, and eventually I agreed for a meeting to discuss my finances When I was met by the financial adviser, it was soon very obvious that this man was simply a sales man. He started pushing the EEA Life Settlements Fund even though I hadnt discussed my requirements. He advised that I would get 10% per year garanteed. He told me that he was regulated by the FSA in the UK and that made he the best adviser Over 2 years later I have lost everything. I put in £80,000 into the EEA Life Settlements Fund. I was given valuations each year which did show an increase, but I have now found out that it was all a scam and the fund has now collapsed I have researched into Guardian Wealth Management to file a complaint. I have found out that they are working in Hong Kong illegally and without a license. Many of their advisers work out of their bedroom and dont actually have an office. Do not speak to these *** artists. ***** ****** the CEO in the UK is a *** artist, and all the advisers are hardcore sales men who will push produccts on you. Be warned! they will be knocking on your door very soon Please post your comments from other ripped off people

Guardian Wealth Management - SCAM

Guardian Wealth Management - Scam! Guardian Wealth Management is a so called wealth management company giving financial advice to expats around the world. The directors of the company are: ****** ****** ****** The head office address is actually ***** ******* home address. It is a farm where the staff also clean out horses stables and take dogs for a walk. They are completely unregulated! Do not believe what you read on their website. Their regulations they state does not cover them for financial advice. its is a scam The directors are fraudsters/***-artists. They all easily make £500,000 plus per annum tax-free Guardian Wealth Management recruits sales people not qualified financial advisers. They have no respect for the profession and therefore no respect for actual professionals within the realm of FS. They train there staff to cold call aggressively from lists that they steal from companies or *** out of individuals. The way they contact clients is ethically unsound, and the advice they give is completely incorrect for 99% of people. They state that they are independent, however they are not. They only utilize a number of products for the aim to generate maximum commision only. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY! 100% GARANTEED Their goal is to extract as much profit from each individual as possible. Their concern for sound professional advice is no existent. This post is intended to shed light on the disgusting practices of Guardian Wealth Management, as a result I strongly urge potential clients to avoid dealing with them completely. Guardian Wealth Management makes a fortune; dont let them fatten their mattresses with your savings! Guardian Wealth Management = SCAM = AVOID
